Performed heuristics reviews, consultation and conversion rate optimization to optimize the user experience throughout the purchase funnel.

Optimization tests included alternative methods to present fight selection, seat selection baggage and other ancillary products. Through applying UX concepts and reducing customer pain points, annualized incremental earning increases of up to 14% were recorded.   

For example: The control experience required users to take action before any ancillary items were presented. This concept placed the ancillary item within the page and provided immediate presentation of the amenities. Upon confirming, or rejecting the amenity, the next ancillary item expands bringing that item to the user's attention.
