Personas

Development of personas in an integral part of the discovery process. During the Knife River website discovery sessions, personas were developed to help champion how key user groups would move through the website. Those primary user groups were represented by the following personas:

Jenny Waters
  Age: 37
  Work: School teacher
  Family: Married, no children 
  Location: Boise, ID
  Character: Outgoing, confident, enjoys the outdoors. Introvert

John Popich
  Age: 52 
  Work: Foreman/contractor 
  Family: Married, grandfather 
  Location: Portland, OR
  Character: Gruff, nothing but business with his crew, seasoned at solving contracting problems

Daryl Davidovich
  Age: 30 
  Work: Asphalt truck driver 
  Family: Single, in a relationship 
  Location: Cheyenne, WY 
  Character: Works hard, plays hard, reliable
